Subramanian Swamy files petitions in SC against Chidambaram, Sonia Gandhi

NEW DELHI: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Thursday filed two petitions in court.
One of the petitions is against special CBI court judge OP Saini’s order against making home minister P Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam case.
Swamy maintains that he can prove Chidambaram’s criminality through a cross-examination.
The second petition is against UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi in connection with the Bofors case.
